Alstom

Alstom, member of the TMT consortium (TLV Metropolitan Tramway Ltd.) and its partners Electra Ltd. & Dan Transportation, have won the contract to design, manufacture, maintain and finance the Green Line of the Tel-Aviv light rail system from the NTA (Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd). This project is valued at 2.6 billion euros and Alstom’s share is estimated at 858 million euros. This order should be recorded in the accounts of the French giant during its 2023-2024 financial year.

Coface

The shareholders of Coface, meeting at the Combined General Meeting at the company’s registered office in Bois-Colombes on May 17, 2022, adopted all the proposed resolutions, including the payment of a dividend of 1.50 euros per share in respect of the 2021 financial year. The order book amounted to more than 3 billion euros, an oversubscription rate of more than 10 times. The net proceeds of this issue will be dedicated to the refinancing of the bond issue for a principal amount of 450 million euros, the maturity of which is set for February 15, 2023.

Euronext

In the first quarter, Euronext recorded a 45.6% increase in its profit, group share, to 143.8 million euros, benefiting from the consolidation of Borsa Italiana. Adjusted EBITDA increased by 66.8% to 252.2 million euros, representing a margin of 56.3%, an increase of 1.6 basis points. On a like-for-like basis, the pan-European stock market margin increased by 3.1 points to 63.7%.
